Our new integration with Nookalβs invoicing system takes payment automations a step further for Nookal connected clinics. π
When an appointment which requires payment is booked, an invoice will automatically be generated in Nookal, meaning there is no longer any need for manual reconciliation in the form of creating an invoice. Once that payment has been made, it will be added to the invoice within Nookal.

The fee warning message can now be customised, as part of cancellations or reschedules made within the cancellation window. π«
To customise this wording, you must first set a cancellation window in Settings > Account Setup > Cancellation Window and check the box titled Allow late cancellations but warn of fee.
You can then enter a custom Fee warning message.

By popular demand, you can now name your AI in settings.
Simply head to Settings > Call Handling > Customise Call Opening > Starting Message and then check the box titled Give the AI a name. You can then enter a name for your AI, which will be updated in the starting message.

Manual replies are now available via the Website Widget! π€
Simply click Reply to visitor within the messaging chat and a window will open, allowing you to manually reply to the website visitor. The reply will appear both within the widget (from the visitorβs perspective) but will also be sent via SMS to the phone number entered by the visitor, so long as the Capture lead information before chat function is enabled.

These confirmations (as already seen on call transcripts) leave no uncertainty as to which of the following actions has been taken during the conversation:
Booking
Reschedule
Cancellation
Human contacted

Simply click the button titled Ask AI About This Call and youβll be met with an AI chatbot that can give you insights into the call, including but not limited to:
