Audit Logs
Audit Logs are now live! 🔍
Audit logs have been added to the platform under Settings > Access. This allows you to view all key account related actions, such as logins, along with the associated user and their IP address.

Advanced Appointment Type Settings
A new level of customisation has been added to appointment types under Advanced. ⚙️
You can now choose the specific actions that you want the AI to be able to perform for each appointment type. For example, you may have some offline appointment types where you only want cancellations to be available, or you could have other appointment types where you only want reschedules to be an option.
Simply hit the Advanced dropdown to enable the desired functions for each appointment type.
Updated Dashboard
The home page of the dashboard has been given a refresh!
Whilst you’ll still find all the same key information points as before, such as performance suggestions and the 7-day overview, this update brings a more ordered look as well as the addition of being able to assign inbox requests to individual logins and mark them as complete when actioned.

- Widget Brand ColourYou can now customise the colour of the website widget to fit your website branding! 🎨 Simply head to Channels > Website Widget > Brand Colour and select your colour from the palette. As with all widget settings, you will need to re-upload the code block to your website code for any changes to be reflected on your website.NewImproved
- Review RequestsReview Requests are now live, allowing you to send automated SMS messages to patients in order to request a review from them. 🌟 To get started, head to Outbound > Create Automatic Instance > Review Requests. Here you customise the SMS message and add the review link. You can then select the time of delivery and choose whether you’d like the SMS to be sent to patients based on them either attending a specific appointment type, or after a certain number of visits to the clinic. Once you have configured this, simply click Create Instance. The AI will then continuously check for any patients that meet the configured criteria and send them an SMS with a link to your chosen review platform.New
- Cover Practitioner DiaryCover Practitioner Diary sends SMS messages to patients to cover any practitioner’s diary if they can’t attend the clinic for whatever reason. 📆 To get started, head to Outbound > Cover Practitioner Dairy. Here you can select the practitioner and the time frame for which they will not be able to attend the clinic. You can then click Preview patients and any patients who have an appointment with that practitioner within the selected window will be shown. A standard SMS template will load up, but this can be edited/adjusted as needed based on the circumstances. Once you’re ready, click Send to X patients.New
- Blocked Caller NumbersYou can now block certain phone numbers from calling the clinic through the Blocked Caller Numbers feature. 🚫 Simply head to Settings > Call Handling > Blocked Caller Numbers. Here you can enter the phone number of the caller who you’d like to block, along with the respective country code in front. Once you are done, click save.New
- Custom PronunciationYou can now alter how the AI pronounces various words through the Custom Pronunciation feature. 🔊 To get started, head to Settings > Call Handling > Custom Pronunciation. You can then add the word you are looking to alter the pronunciation for, along with the phonetic spelling (what it should sound like). You can add multiple words and even play an audible test run for each one, allowing to you to make any necessary adjustments.New
- Performance SuggestionsPerformance Suggestions are now live on the dashboard! 💡 Based on your current settings, you will receive suggestions about how to increase account performance and optimise the use of features. When you click on a performance suggestion, the relevant feature will be opened so that you can go ahead and configure it.New
- AI Knowledge TesterYou can now test your knowledge base and clinic setup pages through the AI Knowledge Tester. 🧠 Simply head to clinic setup and at click on the bar at the top titled Test your AI knowledge base. You can then type in any simulated questions you like and the tester will the return an answer, along with a source for the answer.New
