We’ve introduced Knowledge Gaps as part of the existing Knowledge Base in order to improve the feature’s capabilities over time.
When a patient asks something which cannot be answered, due to the information not existing within the Knowledge Base, this will be flagged up in the Knowledge Base and prompt the account admin to provide the missing information. Once filled out it will then be added as a text note.
Knowledge Gaps ensure that the Knowledge Base becomes more dense as time goes on, giving it the capability to answer more patient questions.
