We’ve recently added SMS to the Outbound Module, which includes patient appointment reminders! ⏰

We had lots of feedback from users about how their existing SMS appointment reminder systems needed improvement - so we listened. Our new SMS appointment reminders allow the recipient patient to respond directly to the AI number from which the reminder came from!

SMS is also included on the other outbound module features: Waiting List Callbacks, Patient Follow-ups, Invoice Chasing and the HighLevel Integration. Each text sent costs just 4 pence in the UK or 8 cents in Australia.
