We’ve finally unveiled the Beta for the much anticipated outbound calling module! 💥💥💥 This allows your clinic AI to call patients under a variety of circumstances:

• Waiting List Callbacks: Allows patients with limited flexibility to reserve an appointment time which is already booked. If the existing patient cancels, your clinic AI will phone the waiting patient and offer them availability.

• Appointment Reminders: Schedule calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments and confirm their attendance.

• Patient Follow-ups: Schedule calls to secure patient follow-up appointments further down the line.

• Invoice Chasing (coming soon): Schedule calls to patients who have invoices outstanding.
