Manual replies are now available via the Website Widget! 🤖
Simply click Reply to visitor within the messaging chat and a window will open, allowing you to manually reply to the website visitor. The reply will appear both within the widget (from the visitor’s perspective) but will also be sent via SMS to the phone number entered by the visitor, so long as the Capture lead information before chat function is enabled.
