Ask Questions and Even Book 📆

This new chatbot channel can be connected to your website via a widget, allowing viewers to get quick AI responses when asking questions about your clinic and its services. Website viewers can even book appointments directly via the Website Widget chatbot, whether they are new or existing patients.

When booking, patients will be asked if they are new or existing patients. Just like the other channels, in order to book them in, they will be required to provide key patient fields that can be configured in the settings page.

Patients won’t be able to extract any sensitive data from their patient record which they haven’t already provided in the dialogue. For example, they can only access the specifics of an appointment type if they provide those specifics in order to reschedule or cancel that particular appointment.
