The outbound module has been given a full revamp, making it simpler yet more comprehensive to use. 📈

You can now create multiple instances of each outbound communication based on different variables. For example, you could create multiple appointment reminders for different appointment types, and even have them run via a different channel (calls or SMS). You can have as many instances as you like. 🔄

The UI has also been updated in line with the new functionality. Once you proceed with creating a new instance, you will be prompted to select the instance type. Once selected, you can then go ahead with the setup and configuration.
