For Cliniko users, appointment types that are turned off/not enabled in your online booking settings are now supported via AI. 🌐

Your offline bookings will appear in Clinic Setup with your other appointment types, identified by the Online booking disabled icon in yellow. Offline bookings will be disabled by default in Clinic Setup, however you can simply enable them as needed. There is also the option to disable new bookings and only allow reschedules or cancellations — this can be toggled on/off at the bottom of each appointment type.

Other appointment types which are enabled for online bookings in Cliniko will continue to function as normal, with available times pulled directly from the online booking module.
